Where do you ship from?
Germany! (the country in Europe)

When do you ship?
I pack on the weekend and go to the postal office between monday-wednesday, depending on my work schedule. Depending on how many orders come in it might take me longer to pack. But I try keep processing time within 1 - 2 weeks. The shop is only run by myself and I have a busy dayjob, so I appreciate your patience!

Shipping times - Domestic
Domestic shipping (Germany) takes between 2-5 working days.

Shipping times - International
Between 5 working days, up to 12 weeks! (yeah...) Some packages take a lot of time because they're send as sea freight. I have no influence on the manner of transportation for your package. Please always contact your mail service if you have questions about the status of your package.

Due to increased shipping rates and crisis fees that are still in place I have to limit the countries I ship tracked packages to.

T-Shirts
The shirts are neither stored nor shipped by me. They will be shipped separately by Printful, a drop-shipping company. This means your shirts and other merch will NOT be shipped out together, so you will receive 2 shipping notifications. If there are issues with your shirt order, please reach out to them, as I have no influence on their packing or shipping process.

If your country is not listed here feel free to ask and I'll check if I can add it! I try to expand and update this list as often as I can based on the info page of Deutsche Post, but I might miss changes they make.

Packages - International
International packages are send with tracking. You will receive your tracking code to your email that you provided, so please make sure it is correct.

Lettermail - International
Lettermail is available for the following products:

- stickers
- stickersheets
- postcards
- iron-on patch

These items are sent as UNTRACKED lettermail. This is the most affordable option for people who just want some stickers or a postcard. If your sticker order is 15€+ I recommend getting in touch with me to upgrade your order to be tracked for an additional fee.
I'm not responsible for untracked letters that go lost in the mail, no matter the value! I do not send free replacements for stickermail orders.

If your lettermail is returned to me I will get in touch with you. Please double check your address is correct to avoid this!

If you add anything to your order that is not a sticker or postcard, shipping will be automatically upgraded to tracked shipping during check-out.

Domestic shipping (Germany)
Orders in Germany are send as Bücher-/Warensendungen. They are not tracked. You will receive a shipping notification when your order has shipped. Orders that include the coloring book and/or plush will be send as a tracked Paket. You will receive the tracking code to the email you provided.

Sticker-/Postcard-only orders - GERMANY

Stickers, stickersheets, postcards and the NYASA iron-on patch are shipped as regular lettermail (Briefversand). They are not tracked. If you plan on ordering *a lot* of stickers/postcards (~ 30€), you can get in touch with me and we can arrange the letter to come with tracking for an additional fee.

My order is taking SO long!
Once I droppped the package/letter off at the post office, it's out of my hands! Literally! Please contact your country's mail service with your tracking number and they should be able to help.

Do you do refunds and/or exchanges?

No refunds and/or exchanges, sorry!

Can you mark my order as gift?
No! I don't want to fight the fiscal authorities!
My shop does not charge VAT upfront, so you're fully responsible for any taxes that you might have to pay! I highly recommend to read up on customs charges for your country to avoid any bad surprises.

I moved/made a mistake in the address form!
Please email me asap! I can still change your address when I haven't shipped out your order.
If your order is returned to me, I can ship it again, but I will have to charge you again for shipping + possible return fees (depends on the mailing service)
If you don't want me to ship it out again I will refund your order, minus shipping + possible return fees.

If I made a blooper with your address and as a result it gets returned to me, I will send your order out again at no extra costs for you!

I'm missing an item/got the wrong item!
Oops! Please don't hesitate to get in touch! I'll send you a replacement asap at no extra costs for you!

My order got damaged during transit
I'm not responsible for damage that happens during the shipping process. Please document the damage as soon as you receive the package and contact your mailing service.

My order got lost.
I'm really sorry about that, but there is nothing I can do about it.
